Innovative intelligent video analytics system for 3D visualization and monitoring of perimeter protection status

The video analytics for 3D visualization and monitoring project is supported by the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic under the TREND Programme from EU funding under the National Recovery Plan (Recovery and Resilience Facility).

 

The aim of the research and development project is to create an innovative intelligent video analytics system for 3D visualisation and real-time monitoring of the perimeter protection status through a comprehensive solution using information obtained from AI-based intelligent video analytics modules and specific deep learning neural network methods. This system will be able to recognise people and objects in real time, even under different conditions (e.g. different angles of view or image quality).

 

By integrating advanced technologies, it will be possible to achieve a significant improvement in the security and efficiency of protecting property and people. Furthermore, by using artificial intelligence and deep learning, the system will be able to adapt to changing situations and contexts, allowing better and faster threat detection, prediction of risk situations and identification of persons of concern.

 

A major advantage of the solution is the versatility of its use. Intelligent video analytics systems in general, are now finding applications across all sectors of the economy. Thanks to the implementation of artificial intelligence and their comprehensible visual representation in 3D, the application possibilities of the resulting solution will expand even further into other industries, but will also find deeper application in existing security sectors.
